Two good tic-tac-toe players started a game, but the wind blew away their paper just after the second play. Given that the situation was as follows, who was to play next, O or X?

If X had played the opposite corner, what would you say?

It has to be O`s go because if X was next he could place a X on the centre forcing O to play top right, Which then X would play bottom middle giving him a two way win top middle or bottom right and if both players are good O wouldnt be that silly :).
But if X was in top right it would have to be X`s go because otherwise circle could go top left forcing X bottom left then O would go middle giving him two way win and as you know good players play draws until people make mistakes:)/
