There are 6 oranges in a bag, and 6 kids in the class. The teacher wants to give each kid one orange, but still have one in the bag...

What does she do?

Give the last orange away still inside the bag. One orange would still be in the bag and all six kids would have an orange. Also, one lucky kid would get a bag as well.
