7/9 * 11283/11283 = 78981/101547
Hopefully a better way to find the solution can be found, but I didn't see it right away and wrote a program.
I focused on multipling 7/9 by a number which would give the appropriate ratio. Since 11112 * 9 is barely a 6 digit number, I started there. Then just had the program check the digits (i.e. 3 n's had to match, two s's had to match) and then check the results by hand until one worked.
