Square Divisions? This problem demonstrates the deconstruction of a square into smaller squares with integer-length sides.
Given a cube with edge length 60, can you find a deconstruction of the cube into smaller cubes (none of which are alike) with integer length sides (or prove it can't be done)?
Amy sez: Integer side length? First of all you cant have a "negative" length in sides, But do you mean it can have decimals or what?
Meg: an interger is known as a positive or negative WHOLE number. so if ya mean decimals also then ya worded it wrong. plz get back to us on this then we'll try and solve it for ya.
Amy: i wasnt done yet!!! but you said what I wanted to say.....
Yours truly (guess whos the vamp, first hint, she finds her name boring and isnnt the smart ass),
