Last digits of powers of 11 is all 1.

Last digits of powers of 7 is 7, 9, 3, 1 and then repeats.

Last digits of powers of 13 is 3, 9, 7, 1 and then repeats.

2004 is 0 mod 4, and 2005 is 1 mod 4.

So the last digits of 11^2003 is 1 and the last digits of 7^2004 is 1 and the last digit of 13^2005 is 3.  Therefore, the last digit of the product is 3.
