At a party, the guest of honor stood up to make an anouncement. She said:

"The day before yesterday i was only fourteen. Next year, I will be 17."

How is this possible?

She was born during a solar eclipse, and um, it was just switching from daylight savings time, so she crossed the international date line and then, uh, she gained an hour, so she...what was the question again?
