I disagree, though I do agree in thinking that the 3rd line is misleading, I think that "it's in me" = I & T

And the word "never" is a negative so in the case of riddles, when you use a negative, it means a negative. The writer should have said "and E I've always done" or something similar if he was wanting there to be an E in the solution. But I think the 3rd line is weird anyways.

As the writer said, everyone's a critic! :) Nice try on the riddle though. I'm anxious to see the real answer.
