Divide a circular disk into seven parts with a straightedge and compass such that each part has the same area and perimeter.

I didn't mean to actually perform a rotation - the 180 rotation comment was simply there to give an idea of where the two segments would be in relation to each other, starting from each endpoint. It's best displayed in Jer's picture.
