Not to mention that there are no clues in your "riddle" to lead to your solution.
My solution is "A BAKER"
he makes pie by coaxing his workers to bake for him.
He is a small time baker, and his pies are not "in big use" nationally.
If he stopped baking pies or "quit", fear would spread through his
small town; tens of people petrified that they won't get their pies
anymore would riot. After razing the tiny hamlet, they would be forced
to play scrabble and come up with inane riddles for the internet.
Althouh, if they had the internet, couldn't they just order more pies
online? This answer is making me hungry.
