I am a cow, but I'm not white or black.
I have 2 legs in front but no legs in back.
Look at my back end, you'll see it is round.
For long periods of time I can stay off the ground.

What am I?

A cow in a slaughter house:

The cow has been cut in two halves, making her a two legged cow, and the blood loss makes her red- not white or black.  The round end is exposed flesh and the meat hook assembly line keeps it off the ground for extended periods of time.

Am I wrong? I think this might be wrong.
