A cigarette is standing vertically on its butt. You cannot touch it with any object(solids, liquids or gases). That goes for the foundation also. How can you make it drop? Asking another person to do it does not count.

I would think the only way would be to somehow create a sound wave with enough force to knock the cigarette over. Although this soundwave needs to travel through a medium such as solid, liquid, or gas, that actual medium has nothing to do with the cigarette it is just a path for the soundwave to travel through in which it can reach the cigarette and cause it to fall over.

 

I guess i would try and bang 2 heavy books together or something along those lines
