The sides of a trapezoid are 5, 8, 11, and 13, and its diagonals are also integer numbers; what are they?
It is possible to draw a quadrilateral with two sides parallel (of length 5 and 8) and two sides which intersect (length 11 and 13) to form a kind of "figure of eight". If these are also diagonals then the answer is 11 and 13. If they are not diagonals then this might provide a further style of trapezoid for investigation by someone with a mathematical brain - over to you np_rt, David Shin and Charlie!

I think there are three possible "figure of eight" trapezoids, with parallel sides of 5,11; 5,13 and 5,8. I have constructed them all and none appear to have "true" diagonals which are also integers. Again, I don't have the mathematical ability to prove it.
