Find the common theme with all these numbers. ( Except for the fact that all of them are wrong )

242 + 32 = 450
252 + 567 = 1575
507 + 147 = 1200
1805 + 20 = 2205
570312 + 19208 = 798848

I cannot find a way to link these sums to the title.

Syzygy mentions that all of the sums are wrong.  They are all wrong by less than 1000 except the last one which jumps up to 209328.  And in all the cases, the two numbers summed are less than the listed sum.  I tried a=1, b=2... with each number of the sum, and the number of error, to no avail.

These observations are probably obvious, but I hope they are helpful.
