89, 47, 13, 95, 18, 33, 85, 79, 5, 56, 4, 97, ...

I looked at all possible properties I could imagine, without much hope because the list was to close to an alphabetic list.  Nothing matched the list.

I then checked other numbering systems as NA,CAS, UN numbers, but I did not found anything.  This is beyond me.
