I die half my life and live the rest.
I dance without music and breathe without breath.

What am I ?

I'd have to say a tree.  In the fall and winter season, which make up half of the four seasons, a tree withers and dies.  It comes back to life in Spring and in Summer.  Its branches and leafs sway w/ the wind, and so it dances.  Its leaves take in CO2, thus breathing w/o breath.
