Hmm, Syzygy, you are right, it would have to be one (or ten) googol, which gives this new list:
10, 9, 60, 90, 10 x 10^100, 9 x 10^100, 60 x 10^100, 90 x 10^100 , 10 x 10^(10^100)
Where the last one is 10 googolplex
