Two false coins (Posted on 2005-03-25) Difficulty: 3 of 5
You have ten coins, but two are fake, and weigh a little less. How many times do you have to use a two arm scale, in order to pick out the two fakes?

Actually, I correct myself, supposing that these two coins that pull on the first draw are not the fakes, then you draw a fake, you would still have to find the other fake.  That would take at least one more turn, so minimum is 3 weighings.
