A Man Without Eyes (Posted on 2005-05-10) Difficulty: 1 of 5
A man without eyes saw plums on a tree.
He did not leave plums on the tree, yet he did not take plums either.
How can this be?

Solution Hey! I know this! | Comment 9 of 31 |

I had heard of this a long time ago from a friend of mine.

A man, blind in one eye,saw two plums on the tree, ate one up,and left one on the tree.

A one-eyed man may have two eyeballs, and if that is not acceptable, assume that he has only one.
