I am all around,
You see me all the time.
Almost everyone has one of me;

Most can spend me on almost anything,

I disagree that money can only be spent once.  I suspect that LIFE is the answer.  There is an expression in American English "Get a life" which is used as an imperative when people get too involved in trivial things that they shouldn't be wasting their time on.

You might even say that the expression could be used on many of the people who spend their entire day on this site...  ;)
