You shouldn't give away a solution (or attempted solution) in the subject line of the post.  Fire may be right but I am not sure about the live/die part, seems a little stretchy to me.  (but then again it is a riddle).  As far as posting of the solution it depends on a few factors usually it is within a day or two but sometimes it can be longer.  See FAQ on link at right.  If a problem generates much discussion as this does the solution may be delayed to allow the discussion to continue. I believe Levik decides when an official solution is posted.  Unless I am missing something that isn't immediately clear in the FAQ.
