Angle A < 90.
D is a point on BC such that BD = DC.
M is a point on BC such that AM is perpendicular to BC.
If
AD = 10,
BC = 12 and
MC = 11
find the length of AC.

BD=DC therefore BD must be 6 and DC=6
CM=11, 11-6=5 therefore DM=5
AM²=10²-5²=75
AM²+MC²=AC²
75+121=196
√196=14
Answer AC=14
