b) Every Ace borders a King.

d) Every Queen borders a Jack.
e) No Queen borders an Ace.
f) No two cards of the same kind border each other.

I think Lisa figured this problem out, which you appear to have confirmed in postings below.  It is a great problem, but it is now time to declare her response as a solution.  The "No Solution Yet" statement is just not true.
