Sort the 12 coins into the group of 24g coins and the group of 25g coins using that broken scale no more than 9 times.

It's a broken scale, you can't solve this because you cannot weigh the coins correctly with a broken scale.

(Ed Mekler my brain buddy solved on phone inadvertently).
