How can you dilute the lemonade to 20 cups such that all of the lemonade is of equal concentration? You have a sink with unlimited water, but you can't waste any lemonade. Try using as few moves as possible.
(1) Pour 10 cup pitcher into 15 cup pitcher
6 cup pitcher = 0
10 cup pitcher = 0
15 cup pitcher = 10 (100%)
(2) Pour water into 10 cup pitcher
6 cup pitcher = 0
10 cup pitcher = 10 (0 %)
15 cup pitcher = 10 (100%)
(3) Pour 10 cup pitcher into 6 cup pitcher
6 cup pitcher = 6 (0%)
10 cup pitcher = 4 (0%)
15 cup pitcher = 10 (100%)
(4) Pour 6 cup pitcher into 15 cup pitcher
6 cup pitcher = 1 (0%)
10 cup pitcher = 4 (0%)
15 cup pitcher = 15 (67%)
(5) Pour 15 cup pitcher into 10 cup pitcher
6 cup pitcher = 1 (0%)
10 cup pitcher = 10 (40%)
15 cup pitcher = 9 (67%)
(6) Pour 10 cup pitcher into 15 cup pitcher
