Well.. my answer matches Nosher’s. From looking at the numbers being subtracted/added (I know, I know, really simple stuff), I found a pattern. It goes..
+1, +1, 0, -1, +1, +1, +1, -2, -1, +1, +1, +1, 0, -1, +1, +1, +1, -2, -1, +1

Now break that up..
+1, +1
0, -1, +1, +1, +1, -2, -1, +1, +1, +1
0, -1, +1, +1, +1, -2, -1, +1

And you can see how it’s supposed to continue.. it just repeats itself. Soo.. yeah. The next numbers are..
6, 7, 7, 6, 7, 8, 9, 7, 6, 7, 8, 9, 9, 8, 9, 10, 11, 9, 8, 9
10, 11, 11, 10, 11, 12, 13, 11, 10, 11, 12, 13, 13, 12, 13, 14, 15, 13, 12, 13

(The bolded parts go along with brianjn’s sequences)
