im pretty sure it has to do with capped SUN, and the numerals instead of words. i might be wrong.

i did research and came up with TONGUE as the key word. (i may be wrong.) tongue can mean (by dictionary.com) A flame, A spoken language or dialect, and other stuff, but those got my attention. flame got my attention with SUN, and language caught my attention with NAUGHTY. flame can bring the logs low. the secret of the world wants to know how its made, but im not sure how it hits two birds, yet only brings down one.

Someone help me out here
