Well, it doesn't mean much, really, since you're only given the first
seven terms of each row. I could indeed add a fourth row, or
more, but the trend would actually start to reverse after the third
row. This is just a general trend though.
Since nobody has figured this out yet, I might as well give the fourth row:
3,2,1,2,3,4,3,?
Does it look suspiciously similar to the second row? It is! The second and fourth rows are identical.
Any speculations as to what the fifth row looks like, and why?
