A Man Without Eyes (Posted on 2005-05-10) Difficulty: 1 of 5
A man without eyes saw plums on a tree.
He did not leave plums on the tree, yet he did not take plums either.
How can this be?

"Without eyes" isn't quite the same as "having no eyes."

The first sentence says he saw plums, but nowhere does it say he picked plums.

The riddle does make sense.
