If x, y and z are integers, 3
x+4
y=5
z is satisfied for x=y=z=2.
Are there any other solutions?

Sometimes it helps to know the computational answer when trying to figure out the analytical one.
Sometimes figuring out how to solve it computationally can break analytical roadblocks.
Sometimes, and quite often in my case, I just flat reach the limit of
what I can accomplish analytically. That's why I enjoy reading
others' solutions. I've already learned a great deal.
I know it's a topic of great debate here on perplexus, but there are
good reasons for being able to solve a problem both ways. It's
often quite difficult to solve certain problems efficiently via
computer. There's often as much smarts needed to do that as there
is to solve it analytically.
