The Big Circle-Little Circle answer first posted by lucky was confirmed in subsequent posts by cris crawford and myself in slightly different trigonometric ways, and in a subsequent post I came up with the same answer using calculus to integrate the designated area, after putting the little circle at the top. They all agree, so it would seem to be correct.
