Can you say what angle is made by the two red lines drawn on two sides of the cube as shown in the illustration?

well let's look at the shape it cuts out of the cube, it's a triangle

let's analyze the sides, all three are diagonals of the sqare that is the base of the cube

therefore the trriangle is equilateral, so all its angles are equal, so the angle is 60 degrees...
