Jacki's solution is correct, but so is Charlie's. First, only the identity of the insultor is requested, not the seating arrangement. Second, Charlie's stated seating arrangement is perfectly valid. He does not state that he is listing them in clockwise fashion. So you can't really say that he has Mrs A on the wrong side of Mr B.
