A man went to a party and drank some of the punch. Late for another appointment, he then left early. Everyone else at the party who drank the punch subsequently died of poisoning.
Why did the man not die?

it is possible that the poison was there in the punch.............but this man who did not die was a doctor by profession and he however managed to save himself.............or may be your second possibility works wher we have to consider that the poison would not affect unless had in a greater quantity........and finally the third one also seems to hold good for that person might have mixed poison in the punch and then left the party.........
