Inverse binomial transform of primes.  The next member of the sequence is - 15081.

a(n) = Sum_{k=0..n-1} (-1)^(n-k-1) binomial(n-1,k) prime(k+1)

9:42PM:  I can't pretend that I understand this sequence, but it was pretty easy to find the answer by the google method.
