Not every official solution is posted.  For one thing, users below apprentice rank cannot post their own solutions.  In order for their solutions to be posted, a scholar needs to check over it and push it.  Unfortunately, due to the very long (and intimidating) list of problems without posted official solutions, very few official solutions are even looked at.

Besides the above problem, many people have not written official solutions.  It takes longer than you would think to write a solution, especially if you want to write a well-explained and vigorous solution worthy of the title of "official".  Furthermore, many people who have written solutions do not feel confident in pushing them without someone looking over them.  Again, very few solutions actually get reviewed by scholars and journeymen.

You could request that a scholar push the solution to this problem.  In a way, you already did.  A scholar might chance upon your comment and decide to push the solution.
