Take the faster / stronger cues as "is not", because you can't be better than someone you are.
Given that, (A) informs you that J isn't Ba or At, (B) that Ba isn't T or Fe, (C) that D isn't St, J, or Ba.
(C) If stick is faster than *both* St and J, then J cannot be St.
That leaves J as Fe, which leaves D as At, then Ba as M, and T as St.
