A domino storage box will fit 6 half dominoes across by 6 half dominoes wide.
Put the following dominoes in the box, numbers up, such that the sum of each row and column totals 14.

(0,0) (1,0) (1,1) (2,0) (2,1) (2,2) (3,0) (3,1) (3,2) (4,1) (4,2) (4,4) (5,1) (5,2) (6,0) (6,1) (6,4) (6,5)

How many layers are we allowed to make?  It is impossible to have all rows and columns sum to 14 with a single layer.
