If a 7-11 store is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, then why are there locks on the doors?

yes i agree with you Kerry but the problem is that what is so special about that particular day of the leap year.......when the store remains open even on the new year's day, even in christmas then why closed on the 29th of Feb ??????
