I'm not sure it means anything, but the puzzle name contains two prime numbers: (619, 101).  The sequence itself contains several primes:  (7, 3, 19, 5, 119). 

I'm not sure why the numbers 10 and 70 are repeated so often yet, but there must be a good reason.
