Yes, that is 100% true and the only way that you can attempt to justify the answer to #9. I can see your argument of #9 didn't have the same answer as #10 because it couldn't. Still reeks of a dirty trick requiring backwards logic to me.
The wording of #9 was very deceiving. Can we agree that #9 could have been better written?
