I think you where nearly there.
4, 3, 5 is five, six, seven
4, 3, 6 is nine, ten, eleven
8, 7, 7 is fourteen, fifteen, sixteen
The sequence translates to:
5, 6, 7, 9, 10, 11, 14, 15, 16
Which can be described as a group of three numbers separated by an increasing number. the next three should be:
20, 21, 22 if the separation goes 1, 2, 3, or
21, 22, 23 if the separation goes 1, 2, 4
In the first case, the sequence continues
6, 9, 9 otherwise it is
9, 9, 11
