if ur old an u plan someone 2 kill u its illeagle so ul b punished bt if u do it an sum1 kills u u cant b punished coz ur ded. also suicide. there is quite alot depending on the circumstances for exmpl if u were goin 2 do treason by runnin at v queen wid a bomb on u it wud kill u both so they couldnt punish u wereas if they found out u wud b punished. u could fink of loads 4 dis bt u wud probably av 2 av the person endin up ded 4 most of them so they couldnt b punished.
