The rubber planet will soon crash.

So the young can develop their brain,

They save the 'stars' and they laugh.

I agree that the solution is a game of jacks. I guess the title is a hint, since it's usually "Jack and Jill", although I'm not sure what significance, if any, the name "Lim" has to this riddle...
