Determine the perimeter of the triangle.

NOTE: The inradius is defined as the radius of the inscribed circle.

For a triangle with c^2 = a^2 + b^2 the following
relation with the inradius r and semiperimeter s holds,

     r = s - c

Thus,

     perimeter = 2s = 2(c + r) = 154
