The  sequence is constituted by considering the position (p) of a given letter, where p is a prime number.

Thus, B, C, E, G, K, Q, S, W respectively bears the positions 2, 3, 5, 7, 11, 17, 19, 23

The only prime number missing from the above list is 13 and the 13th letter of the alphabet is M.

Consequently, the required missing letter must be M.
