A number and its square both have the same last three digits. What are the possibilities for those digits?

Since no mention is made of the ORDER of the digits required to be identical aren't 010-100; 050-2500 and 060-3600 also possibilities?
There may also be some higher numbers - still checking.

If similar order is required here; the extension could become a follow up challenge.
