computer analysis/solution by Charlie)
My MS Excel application assisted analysis agrees with your computer analysis/solution, Charlie. Yet, I will add a comment on the fact that t^2 for the 3-digit number 216 is 46,656 (the largest cube for a 4-digit number), so we need go no higher than it to be sure no numbers other than the two solutions for t (i.e, 1 and 27) exist.
