I toss two coins and look at the outcome.
I then tell you that at least one of the coins is showing up as "tails". What is the chance that the other one is showing "tails" as well?

Surely a computer program would make all arguments that it is 1/3 completely without reason- it can't be an argument without the evidence... Plus, computer programs (programmes?) have a tendency to be correct. (Unless they're made incorrectly, and I don't see anything wrong with the way you've done it.)
