On her honeymoon Mrs Orange shot her husband, wet him and hung him up to dry in the dark.

However, the next morning they were eating breakfast together.

How is this possible?

She took a picture of him (shot him).  Then developed the picture, which involves submerging the film and photo paper in developer and fixer (wet him).  And then hung it to dry in the darkroom.  Then they ate breakfast.
