In this puzzle each empty square needs to be filled in with a different positive integer 1 to 40.
The rules are the same as the
first sequence fill in and are:
Each string of adjacent squares needs to form an arithmetic sequence.
A horizontal string of squares increases from left to right.
A vertical string of squares increases from top to bottom.

I selected his problem under IE 6.0.xx and saw the image without text. Yes, scrolling recovered it..
Thought. This concept has value in its offering. I'd hate for us to invalidate it as a tool here. I'll make a post to w3.org to see if anyone there can see how this problem might be avoided in the future.
